To place an order: Orders can be emailed to us direct, sent in the post or contact us on the above telephone number or quote based via the website. Payment is 30 days from date of invoice for credit accounts and for non-account’s cleared funded prior to despatch of order. By placing an order with us you the customer acknowledge that you have read understood and accepted these conditions.

 

Note// All web based orders, prior to taking payment we will check the availability of stock and contact you to advise. Once you have confirmed that you are happy for the order to proceed we will then take payment. All Next Day Deliveries will have the stock checked first prior to taking payment.

 

Delivery Charges: FREE within a 10 mile radius.  Outside this area delivery charges may apply, please contact the sales office for details - 'BIG DEALS' are current offers we have available, please contact us as a delivery charge could apply. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, subject to availability.  Once your order has been placed we will contact you and give you an order acknowledgement. 48 hours prior to delivery you will be contacted to confirm the delivery date.  We will offer a courtesy call prior to arrival on the date given. All deliveries are made to the ground floor reception area, unless otherwise previously agreed. Any delivery or completion date quoted or given by us in good faith is not guaranteed but we shall endeavour to deliver or complete within a reasonable time of any date specified being in mind all the circumstances of the particular case. Our prices only cover delivery in normal working days and during working hours.

Installation Service: Professional installation service available as all items are delivered flat packed unless otherwise stated. We have an extensive logistic network available to deliver all over the UK mainland.  Please contact the sales office for more information.

Prices: All prices quotes are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment Options: All Credit, debit cards and cheques accepted. All Government funded bodies qualify for credit facilities (Education, NHS, local authorities, emergency services etc.). American Express Credit cards subject to 3.5% surcharge. Discrepancies/Damages: We must be notified with any discrepancies and damages within 3 days of delivery.

Guarantee: All new products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturer's warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty goods at our discretion. Goods subjected to fair wear and tear are not covered. Goods that have been tampered with or subjected to inappropriate use are not covered. Office Furniture Bargains accepts no liability for any consequential loss, damage, cost or expense occurred whatsoever which arise out of the use of goods supplied by us. All second’s furniture purchased from showroom is sold as seen and must be fully checked, inspected before it leaves the showroom by the purchaser.

Returns:  Returns are accepted at the discretion of Office Furniture Bargains. We reserve the right to charge for returned goods that have been ordered in error or are no longer required at 40% of the full RRP of the product, as a handling and administration charge. Any goods that have been made to order cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed.

 

All deliveries should be checked by the Customer promptly against the consignment note/invoice. If the goods are damaged or differ to the quantities or items on the consignment note/invoice then you must inform Office Furniture Bargains within 48 hours of delivery. This can be done via email, writing or telephone the sales line.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our agents. Office Furniture Bargains reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 40% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions in terms of the above clause once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by Office Furniture Bargains or our agents.

Changes/Corrections: Whilst we take the up most care to ensure that all information and pricing is accurate we reserve the right to change or correct any errors without prior notification.

Property and/or title or in goods materials supplied by us will only pass to the purchaser on the purchaser paying to us the price of the goods and all sums whatsoever and howsoever owing by the purchaser to us. Until such payment is made the purchaser at our request will store the goods or materials supplied under this contract in such a manner as to clearly show that they are our property. It is agreed that, if the purchaser shall employ the goods or materials in any manufacture of other goods or materials or the construction of any building or other structure whatsoever, property therein will remain vested in us.
